within, and/or purchasing any products, services, or access
to this website you are indicating your acceptance to be bound
by the terms of these Terms and Conditions. You are responsible

Delivery of Business Plan And Free Gifts
Our business plan products are delivered, within
24 hours of the placement of your order, by e-mail. No software or
hard copies are provided due to the prohibitive cost this
would entail. Most digital products are now delivered in
this way as it ensures that costs are greatly reduced and
these savings can be passed onto the customer.
You will be able to access the FREE gifts immediately after
purchasing and be able to download the free gifts for the
next 7 days after.
Sample Business Plans aren't available straight away as
we always check them before sending for accuracy of content
- as we have well over 1000 plans - we wouldn't want to send
an out of date plan out!
Important: You will receive your plan from business-plan@businessplanning-4-you.com Please
ensure that you do not have any filters / blockers / deleters
/ spam folders on your e-mail.
We cannot guarantee delivery by an attachment to free e-mail
services such as hotmail, msn and cox-internet due to the
erratic nature of these services and if you have an alternative
e-mail address please provide it. We can supply to these service
providers by including the business plan within the e-mail
document but some minor formatting will be lost.
No refund will be made if you use these services and your
service provider fails to deliver; we will guarantee that
we will keep trying to deliver but you must be aware that
by using these services it is impossible for us to guarantee
delivery within 24 hours as it is out of our control.
We will always ensure that the product will be delivered
to any customer as we can arrange for the product to be delivered.
Refund Policy
It is the goal of Business Plans Limited to provide
timely and relevant information provided on digital medium.
Due to the nature of the medium, purchase of digital products
are not refundable, once delivered.
Cancelation Policy
Once you have submitted a succesful order via our secure
server the order can only be cancelled prior to delivery -
you may ask to change your ordered product before delivery
and we will gladly do this without charge providing the product
and the new product exists on the relevant website. Should
there be a problem in you receiving the product you can ask
for the product(s) to be delivered to an alternative email
address and we shall do this.
Typographical Errors and Omissions
The information provided on this website has been checked
for accuracy; however, in the event a product is listed
at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due
to typographical error or error in pricing. Business Plans
Limited shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders
placed for products listed with the incorrect information.
Order Acceptance Policy
Business Plans Limited reserves the right at any
time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your
order for any reason. All orders are subject to approval,
confirmation, and availability.
Should your order not be accepted by our merchant service
we may contact you to offer alternative methods of payment,
however a new order will have to be made as we do not retain
credit card details.
Restrictions
Not all products listed on a website may be available for
sale or delivery in every country. All orders of products
or services are subject to prevailing law, including, as appropriate,
export and import regulations and boycotting restrictions,
if any, imposed by governing bodies having jurisdiction over
such orders, products or services.

All prices listed on our websites site are in US Dollars.
Product Compatability
It is the sole responsibility of the User to make sure that
User's computer system meets requirements to use Website and
all materials contained within.
System requirements are plainly posted on each product page.
Any anti-virus, security, or operating system settings, determined
or undetermined, that prevent User from accessing information
is sole responsibility of User.
Credit Card Security
Clickbank process your orders - we do not see any details
of your credit card.
Personal Information
No information about yourself is passed or sold onto any
third parties. We will very occasionally contact you with
other products of interest - this is very seldom and we will
always provide an option for you to opt out of any future
